ASAN Viza (e-Visa)
Starting from 10th January 2017, the State Agency on Public Services and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan will begin to process electronic visas through “ASAN Visa” system. E-visa is issued within 3 (three) working days, it will be valid for 30 days and the fee for it is 20$.
- Despite of non-working days and holidays, urgent visa issuing opportunity within 3 hours through “ASAN Visa” system had been created and the fee for it is 50$.
- In this regard, getting detailed information by visiting www.evisa.gov.az foreigners and stateless persons may apply for the electronic visa.
Foreigners and stateless persons can get detailed information about and apply for electronic visas at www.evisa.gov.az
Electronic visas will be issued only to nationals of countries listed below.

For citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, holders of diplomatic, service and official passports, shall be exempt from the obligation to obtain a visa for entry, exit, transit and stay on the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan up to 30 days.
For citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan, holders of diplomatic and service passports, shall be exempt from the obligation to obtain a visa for entry, exit, transit and stay on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina up to 30 days.
For citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan, holders of ordinary passports are exempted from the obligation to obtain a visa for entry, exit, transit and stay on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina up to 90 days for a period of six months, starting from the day of entry.
Information on changes in the process of issuing visas at the international airports of the Republic of Azerbaijan in accordance with the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated on January 31, 2018, # 1803 “On improvement of the process of issuing visas to the foreigners and stateless persons at the international airports of the Republic of Azerbaijan”
Starting May 15, 2018 the issuance of visas to the foreigners and stateless persons at the international airports of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in cases defined in the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, legal acts of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and interstate and intergovernmental agreements of the Republic of Azerbaijan will be fulfilled electronically through the “ASAN Visa” system.
The issuance of the visas at the international airports of the Republic of Azerbaijan through “ASAN Visa" system, as well as the processing of all payment related to visas via “ASAN payment” system will be provided by the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
