Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov had a meeting with the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group (Igor Popov of the Russian Federation, Stephane Visconti of France, and Andrew Schofer of the United States of America) on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly 72nd Session in New York. The Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk, also participated in the meeting.At the meeting negotiation process on the settlement of Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the current issues on the agenda were discussed.
Minister Elmar Mammadyarov reiterated Azerbaijan’s position for the settlement of the conflict.
